REBUILD & EXCHANGE - Our Process makes it easy

Step 1) Exchange

Call or email for quote, if you accept the quote please email your contact information and N# and we will add you to our build list.

Step 2) Paint

Our elevators come green and ready to paint. If you want us to paint your elevators “One Color” we will call you when the exchange elevators are done and all you have to do is send your trim tabs, tab rods and tab pins . We will match the paint from your trim tabs, install your tabs on the new elevators

Step 3) For Stripes only (Ruddervators)

If you have a complicated paint scheme (stripes) then we will need your Tabs, Rods and Pins (see step 1) and entire elevator in order to match paint and stripes. If it’s not practical for you to build a crate to fit the elevator (see crate and shipping for box sizes) then simply cut your elevators In half and ship everything in a smaller box. Remove the weight covers and trim tabs and package real well because from this point these items are the high dollar items.

Step 4) Shipping

We will send your new elevators ready to install via Fedex or UPS ground. We provide FedEx labels to return the cores and boxes.

We will not reinstall magnesium torque fittings, all elevators get aluminum fittings to Comply with AD 89-05-02. It's easy to spot magnesium fittings “Mazlow” (1) never made an aluminum fitting

All Magnesium fittings crack here (2) and we have found some  Ruddervator fittings missing ears too (3).
