INSTRUMENT PANELS

We provide a CAD drawing with the purchase of each panel. If you provide a DXF file with one dimension we can cut your panel for an extra fee.  We do not do the Cad work, we do not powder coat or placard

All of our instrument panels are formed and heat treated (like the OEM panel)

We provide our STC Baron panels with the LH sub panel (1) but it’s not required to be used. We provide instructions If you want to splice your existing sub panel to the new panel. Note this is a Late model panel with a shallow one inch bend on the LH sub panel   The early models have a 3 inch bend, make sure you verify you are ordering the correct panel by looking at this feature (2).

As you can see the slide plate nuts can be attached to a gang channel, then screws

installed through panel, frame, and into gang channel for rivet-less installation

Our combination panels fit early and late models. Early model panels overlap the door frame, late model panels install on brackets inside the door frame  If you install our panel in a late model you will need to trim the excess off the right of the panel.

Our floating panels are universal as well. For late model airplanes with a speed slope windshield it is necessary to notch the top LH corner, we don’t do this because this is a trim to fit situation. We also do not install hinge holes, this is another situation where it is best to do in the airplane where the airplane may need to be leveled and floating panel may need to be level
