All flight controls are built in fixtures to
factory tolerances. Old skins are removed, frames are stripped,
treated, and epoxy primed. Factory/ FAA PMA skins are installed
using solid rivets. Flight controls are pre-balanced before shipping
to insure you will not have to add additional weight after you paint
them. If it’s not convenient for you, we can color match, paint and
balance your flight controls.
