A36 Elevators

This project took 7 years to complete, no corners were cut. The quality of the skins and all parts are reflected in the time spent to design and manufacture them.

What do I get with this mod?

We replace all magnesium parts with aluminum to include :

  • New aluminum skin,

  • spar,

  • spar reinforcement channels

  • center rib,

  • trailing edge spacer,

  • mid ribs,

  • outboard ribs,

  • inboard gussets

  • outboard reinforcement gussets.

You can replace one elevator at a time. Models eligible for modification “all corrugated straight tail” to Include: All 33, T34, 36, 95, Early 55

Baron Elevators

We addressed a lot of hidden problems with the OEM design to bring you an all Aluminum elevator that will last.

We replace all magnesium parts with durable aluminum to include:

  • upper, lower, leading edge skin,

  • leading edge doublers,

  • trailing edge spacers,

  • center rib,

  • mid rib (B58)

  • outboard rib,

  • added spar channels (B55)

1. Reinforce skin with a internal bonded and riveted doubler, our skin total thickness is .040 where it counts (OEM .020)

2. Reinforce high torque areas internally.

3. You can replace one elevator at a time. Eligible models ”All smooth skin elevators” to include: D95A, E-95 ,95-55, 95-A55, 95-B55, 95-B55A, 95-B55B (T42A),C-55, 95-C55, 95-C55A, D-55, D-55A, E55, E-55A,56-TC,A56-TC,58, 58A, G58, 58-P, 58-PA, 58-TC,58-TCA
