Our engine
baffle is a direct FAA/PMA replacement. What does that mean? It means
our engine baffle fits and installs the same as OEM with no STC
paperwork needed.
What are the advantages
of using
the SRS replacement baffle?
Available
at SRS, no more waiting for the OEM to
produce the part.
Does not
buckle and fold backwards when your flying, causing cooling
air to escape.
You can
finally hang that air oil separator without fear of future
cracks.
Price is
lower than the cost of one engine cylinder, remember that when
you are faced with replacing all six because of poor cooling from worn
out baffle.

baffle kits include everything seen in photos(to much to
list) it is designed to install in a couple of hours because
everything you need is in the kit.
Die cut to fit cowlings, coolers etc. no
trimming no buckling.
Fiberglass reinforced to resist tearing.
Standard colors are Black and dark Blue.
Orange, Red, and light Blue
upon request.
